Vision
To become a self-reliant and people-oriented local self-government institution that ensures development and welfare through the active participation of the people, while giving due importance to the needs, concerns, and opinions of all sections of society.
Mission
- To effectively implement the responsibilities constitutionally entrusted to the Grama Panchayat.
- To ensure local development and social security.
- To utilize Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for transparent and accountable governance.
- To strengthen the decision-making process by enhancing public participation.
- To create an equitable and inclusive society by giving special consideration to disadvantaged and vulnerable sections of the community.

- Development of basic infrastructure such as housing, roads, sanitation, and drinking water facilities.
